Cette formation s’adresse aux membres du personnel enseignant et aux personnes chargées de cours. Elle vise quatre objectifs :
1- Comprendre les facteurs qui mènent à la détresse psychologique ;
2- Identifier et reconnaître les manifestations de détresse psychologique ;
3- Approcher un étudiant qui présente des signes de détresse psychologique ;
4- Référer un étudiant vers les ressources internes et/ou externes appropriées.
